These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.magicdigitalapps.com (the "Site"), operated by Magic Digital, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site is an informational website that provides content about our company, the business we conduct, our current and upcoming products, a contact form you can use to reach us, and an optional email signup form to receive updates about our app, Magic Track.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Site only if you are able to form a legally binding agreement under applicable law. The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly permit such children to use it.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Subscribe to our email list using an email address that does not belong to you, or sign others up to our email list without their consent

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if you violate these Terms.

4. Contact Form and Email Signup Submissions

The Site provides a contact form that allows you to send us your name, email address, and a message. By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You retain ownership of the content of your message. By submitting it, you grant us permission to read, store, and use that content as necessary to respond to and follow up on your inquiry.

The Site also provides an optional email signup form, powered by Mailerlite, that allows you to subscribe to receive email updates about our app, Magic Track. By submitting the form, you confirm that the email address you provide is your own (or that you are authorized to provide it) and that you consent to receiving email communications from us. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by contacting us at info@magicdigitalapps.com.

How we handle the personal information you submit through either form is described in our Privacy Policy (see Section 10).

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on the Site—including text, graphics, images, logos, and the overall design—is owned by or licensed to Magic Digital, LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and access the content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

6. Trademark Disclaimer and Non-Affiliation

Magic Digital, LLC and its products are not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with The Walt Disney Company or any of its subsidiaries. Disney, Walt Disney World, Disneyland, and all related names, logos, attractions, characters, and trademarks are the property of The Walt Disney Company. Magic Digital, LLC, its products, and this website are provided for personal informational and entertainment purposes only.

Any references to third-party names, trademarks, or products on the Site are for identification and descriptive purposes only and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or sponsorship from their respective owners. All such trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Lake County, Florida, United States.
